Project: New R&D Enterprises Operations Building Concept/Schematic Design

Residential and Dinning Enterprises embarked on a study with CNA to determine their needs for a new headquarters in the not-so-distant-future. After surveys, data collection, interviews and on-site research we determined that the use of an existing unused building and the subsequent retrofit would be ideal for program use, ecologic and economic perspectives.

An open and flexible headquarters to support a dynamic system of development and maintenance for R&DE.

The existing structure was a series of rapid and perhaps, ill-advised, additions of the last 60 years. Through smart and surgical interventions and micro demolitions, we are able to transform the space from a messy warehouse into a world class facility.
